As a psychologist, I’ve seen firsthand the emotional impact that divorce can have on people, especially later in life. In this video, I sit down with three friends who each had very different experiences with their divorces after decades of marriage.

One shares how their divorce was a positive and freeing experience, another talks about the deep regret they feel and the challenges of moving on, while the third dives into the pain of an ugly, messy divorce filled with conflict.
